Danone, the food and beverage multinational, has announced the sale of its Swedish probiotic juice brand ProViva to French dairy group Lactalis for an undisclosed sum. Majority-owned by Danone since 2010, ProViva is well known in Sweden for its probiotic fruit juices in raspberry, rosehip, blueberry and blackcurrant flavours.
