Multinational Danone has recently expanded its line of flavoured sparkling water in Argentina with the launch of two varieties under the brand We Lemon Ice.
The diet drinks, said to contain 5% lemon juice, are marketed as “new We, new freshness” and are being promoted via space-themed adverts featuring a 70s rock song “Cum on feel the noize” performed by Quiet Riot.
We Lemon Ice Bottled Water is available in a Lemon variety as well as an unusual Lemon, Cucumber and Spearmint flavour blend.
The launch of We Lemon Ice follows the introduction of the We brand in Argentina last year. Described as being naturally flavoured, sugar free and with “the ideal amount” of carbonation, the original product was available in lemonwe (lemon), pomelwe (grapefruit), citruswe (citrus) and naranwe (orange).
