Nissin, the Japanese instant noodle producer, has signed an agreement to acquire a factory in Sakarya province, Turkey, from pasta manufacturer Oba Makarnacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret and to establish a subsidiary as part of its plan to expand its international operations.
