Uniekaas, a Dutch cheesemaker, has announced that it is to be acquired by DOC Dairy Partners, a subsidiary of German dairy company DMK. The deal includes Uniekaas’s complete maturing, packaging and production facilities in Kaatsheuvel, the Netherlands.
