What are the key success factors when launching a new retail food brand to the market?

It is not easy to launch a food brand so one must be resilient, persistent, ambitious and hardworking.

There are many factors to consider including creating a product that is world class in terms of quality, understanding how the retail market operates, being able to fund the initial stock to sell and also juggling sales, marketing, finance and operation to gain momentum for the business. Deciding the brand proposition is important which can impact they key customers you are targeting too.
