Kraft Heinz, one of the world’s largest food and beverage firms, has launched a new range of coffee that allows consumers to adjust the level of caffeine intake.
Marketed under the Maxwell House brand name and available in the US, the Max Boost line offers three different levels of caffeine per cup – 1.25, 1.5 and 1.75 – “without changing the taste or how you prepare it”.
According to Luke Cole, Kraft Heinz director of marketing for coffee: “Younger consumers love the taste of coffee, but are looking to other beverage categories for functional benefits to address their different needs throughout the day”.
Max Boost coffee is offered in US retailers at suggested retail price of $4.29 for roast, ground and instant coffee.
