UK food manufacturer Kestrel Foods has announced the acquisition of savoury snack brand Indie Bay Snacks from peer Nurture Brands for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 2016 by Dafna Bonas, Indie Bay Snacks sells low-calorie, low-fat pretzel snacks, including “pretzel thins”, through grocery, travel, and direct-to-consumer channels.
