Kraft Heinz Not Company, the joint venture between Kraft Heinz and TheNotCompany, has announced the launch of NotHotDogs and NotSausages, the first plant-based offerings under the Oscar Mayer brand.
According to the company, the new meat substitutes offer a smoky, savoury taste, meaty colour, and thick, juicy bite, and will be available in bratwurst and Italian sausage versions
Commenting on the launch, Kraft Heinz Not Company CEO Lucho Lopez-May said: “At The Kraft Heinz Not Company, our goal is to create mouthwatering, plant-based foods that are delicious and accessible for everyone – from the devoted vegan to the plant-based curious. We know people are hungry for plant-based meat options from brands they know and trust”.

The new products are scheduled to be showcased at Natural Products Expo West this month ahead of a nationwide release later in the year.
