KeVita, a producer of sparkling probiotic drinks, has partnered with Whole Food Market to launch the new KeVita range of Cleansing Probiotic Tonics.
The new functional drink, which will be made available in more than 300 Whole Food Market stores, is said to offer restorative benefits and feature significant doses of functional ingredients in addition to the brand’s other attributes including low calorie, USDA Organic, gluten-free, non-GMO and vegan benefits. Each bottle will also include KeVita’s signature blend of four probiotic strains (4 billion CFUs) and 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C, the company said.
“Tonics have long been used as agents to restore energy and good health”, commented KeVita CEO and Co-Founder, Bill Moses. “We’ve taken the ancient tonic principles and applied modern expertise and great flavors. This Tonics line offers cleansing function in a bottle that consumers can enjoy and savor”.
Matt Jimenez, Global Grocery Buyer for Whole Foods Market and internal point person for the development and launch of the Tonics line commented: “Our shoppers have long looked to Whole Foods Market as the go-to source for the latest, highest quality products that support health and wellness, and that’s in large part thanks to brands like KeVita”.
KeVita Cleansing Probiotic Tonic line will be available in four initial flavors – Kale Lemon, Red Beet, Turmeric Ginger and Cinnamon.
