JBS USA, a subsidiary of the Brazilian meat-packer and food processor JBS, has announced a $95 million expansion project at its beef production facility in Grand Island, NE.
According to a company statement, the expansion of the 107,000 sq ft facility, which is expected to be completed in early 2021, will include new improved animal handling facilities, a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled harvest floor and facility reconfiguration designed to improve team member experience, food safety and product quality,
