Beverage firm Coca-Cola FEMSA has announced the opening of a new distribution centre in Bauru, in Brazil’s Sao Paulo stated.
According to sources, the R$94 million ($15.7 million) distribution centre, is expected to expand the company’s delivery capacity by 30%.
Inaugurated on 15th January 2025, the facility is a strategic milestone for the company’s operations in the interior of Sao Paulo, Coca-Cola FEMSA said.
Silvio Vargas, Coca-Cola FEMSA Brasil distribution director, commentedL “The distribution centre will allow us to optimise logistics and offer an even more efficient service to customers in the region. With this expanded distribution capacity, we will ensure faster and more efficient access to our diverse product portfolio”
The unit is expected to distribute products such as water, carbonated drinks, juice and beer.
