A consortium led by Flexis Capital has announced the acquisition of Waterloo Sparkling Water for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2017, Waterloo Sparkling Water is a producer of fruit-flavoured carbonated waters, free from sugar, calories, and artificial sweeteners.
The private equity firms consortium is formed by Moore Strategic Ventures, Eurazeo, JW Levin Management Partners, and Waterloo Capital’s investors.
According to sources, the new capital will be used to “grow Waterloo’s business by accelerating product and marketing innovation” as well as, “provide additional operational resources and brand-building expertise”.
