Swiss retailer Migros has announced the launch of a new dairy-free yoghurt range made with chickpea protein from InnovoPro.
InnovoPro is a food tech company based in Israel, which creates chickpea protein concentrates claiming to be the first company in the world to launch a 70% chickpea protein concentrate (CP Pro 70) being suitable for “wide range of applications, spanning the dairy alternatives, meat analogues, bakery and sports nutrition categories”.
The free from gluten and lactose yoghurt also contains oats and it is being available in 3 flavours, natural, vanilla, and tropical fruits.
Nechushtan, CEO of InnovoPro, said: “This launch marks a new height in our continued growth strategy and will enable InnovoPro to gain further traction in the European market”.
