Czech beverage manufacturer Kofola Group has announced the acquisition of Polish manufacturer Premium Rosa, aiming to expand its portfolio in the ‘healthy’ foods space.
According to Kofola Group, Premium Rosa is a high-potential firm with a double-digit sales growth, positioned in the premium segment, that produces natural products such as syrups, juices and jelly, using traditional and natural recipes.
Tomasz Towpik, current owner of Premium Rosa, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kofola Group as our new owner, as it is a company that values respect and partnership in business and has a sensitive approach to the traditions of the businesses it manages. At the same time, both companies will have the opportunity to develop”.
Jiří Vlasák, member of the Kofola Group’s board of directors, said: “We are convinced that the acquisition represents an exceptional opportunity for our company to expand its offering of great natural products, characterized by very high quality, not only in the Polish market”.
Premium Rosa has two brands in its portfolio: Premium Rosa and Nasze Domowe (‘Our Home’).
