Czech beverage manufacturer Kofola Group has announced the acquisition of Polish manufacturer Premium Rosa, aiming to expand its portfolio in the ‘healthy’ foods space. According to Kofola Group, Premium Rosa is a high-potential firm with a double-digit sales growth, positioned in the premium segment, that produces natural products such as syrups, juices and jelly, using traditional and natural recipes.
