Damm UK, the British subsidiary of Spanish brewing company Damm, has acquired a minority stake in soft drinks maker Dalston’s Soda Co for an undisclosed sum. The agreement will see production move to the Damm Eagle Brewery in Bedford, with Damm supporting Dalston’s Soda Co across production, distribution and commercial infrastructure to accelerate its growth across on-trade and off-trade channels. The deal follows Damm’s acquisition of the Old Speckled Hen family of brands earlier this month and coincides with a time Damm is strategically expanding, having ended 2025 with revenue of €2.01 billion ($2.18 billion).
Luke White, managing director of Damm UK, commented: “Taking a stake in Dalston’s broadens Damm’s portfolio with a like-minded brand that shares our focus on quality, craftsmanship and authenticity. Together these partnerships are helping put Damm UK on the path to becoming a total beverage company, mirroring the way Damm operates in Spain.”
