St.Cousair

St.Cousair, the Japanese food manufacturer, has acquired the brand business and selected production equipment of Blake Hill Preserves through its US subsidiary for an undisclosed sum. Mascoma Bank sold the brand assets to Oregon-based St.Cousair, Inc., whilst Blake Hill Preserves’ manufacturing facility and retail store are set to be sold separately to an unnamed third party.
