Precept Wine & Spirits

Precept Wine & Spirits, the US-based wine and spirits producer, has acquired the wine brand portfolio of California producer Miller Family Wine Company. The transaction includes brand trademarks, finished goods inventory, bulk wine and private label business. The acquisition adds several Californian labels to the Precept umbrella, including Butternut, the portfolio’s largest-volume brand, Hand on Heart, Ballard Lane and J. Wilkes.
