Atelier Expressions, the Singapore-based premium lifestyle platform of Indian conglomerate TVS VENU, has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lonestar Hospitality Private Limited (Khoya), a luxury handcrafted mithai brand based in New Delhi, India.
