Assisi Pet Care, the London-based pet care group has acquired Forthglade the Devon-based natural pet food manufacturer for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Okehampton, Forthglade specializes in minimally processed wet and dry dog food and natural treats.
