Bayou Best Foods, the US-based plant-based seafood manufacturer, has acquired its German peer BettaF!sh to expand its international footprint. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 2024, Bayou Best Foods produces plant-based shrimp distributed across the US through foodservice channels.
