Nestle, the Swiss food and beverage giant, has unveiled a new line of “science-backed” nutritional drinks branded Nestle Vital, marking a strategic entry into the “healthy longevity” segment.
Targeting consumers in midlife and beyond, the range is designed to support energy, focus, sleep and physical recovery. The product line features eight powdered shakes available in strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and unflavoured options, in turn categorised into a “Morning Routine” to support daily vitality and an “Evening Routine” intended to promote sleep quality and muscle restoration. According to the company, the drinks are low in fat with no added sugars and contain a blend of high-quality dairy and plant proteins, vitamins, minerals and patented bioactives.
Serena Aboutboul, head of Nestle’s Nutrition Business, stated: “With Nestlé Vital, we are responding to this fast-growing trend by combining decades of nutrition expertise with insights from multiple clinical studies to create great-tasting drinks”.
The launch is the first innovation under the company’s broader “Smart Aging” programme. Nestle Vital will debut in Latin America this year, with subsequent rollouts planned for Europe and Asia.
