Caudalie Group, the French skincare group, has acquired a majority stake in Paris-based toiletries startup Talm for an undisclosed sum.

Marking the first acquisition in the history of the group, the deal expands Caudalie’s portfolio into skincare products designed for pregnancy, the postnatal period and sensitive skin. Caudalie previously took a minority stake in the brand in 2022 following a fundraising round.

Talm, which launched in 2021, currently offers a range of 12 products sold in 12 countries. Financial data reportedly reveals that Talm generated a net loss of €200,000 ($220,000) for the 2025 financial year, alongside a total debt of €757,000 ($832,700).

Founder Kenza Keller will remain as chief executive officer of Talm to oversee strategy, product development and creative vision, with operational and creative independence maintained as the brand moves into Caudalie’s Paris headquarters. Caudalie aims to accelerate Talm’s international growth by leveraging its existing commercial sales force and strong pharmacy network.
