Perfect Day a subsidiary of The Urgent Company has announced the acquisition of US-based ice cream maker Coolhaus and announced plans to turn it into an animal-free brand.
Coolhaus is a leading women-owned ice cream brand and a pioneer in dessert innovation and novelties with its thoughtfully-crafted, super-premium, and innovative ice cream and plant-based frozen desserts.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
