Golden County Food, a developer of product solutions for the frozen appetizer and snack category, as well as being the world’s largest supplier of frozen filled potato skins, has been acquired by Monogram Appetizers, a manufacturer of company-owned and licensed brands, co-packed and private label value-added processed meats.
“This was a great day for Golden County Foods, its employees, creditors, customers and the Village of Plover, Wisconsin”, said Dave Wiggins, CEO at Golden County Foods “We were pleased with the results and look forward to working with Monogram on the transition. I am happy to report that Monogram intends to continue operations and grow the business”.
More information about the transition is due to be released once the acquisition is finalized, which is expected to be by 15th July.
