USA: MNG Brands acquires WellBeing Brewing Company

MNG Brands, a manufacturer of drinks, supplements and skincare products and subsidiary of MNG 2005 Inc, has announced it has acquired WellBeing Brewing Company, a leader in the non-alcoholic beer market, to expand its wellness portfolio.

Post-acquisition, WellBeing Brewing Company will introduce beverages infused with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), broadening its range of functional wellness drinks.

Commenting on the move, MNG 2005 Inc vice president Dafna Revah said: “MNG Brands is at the forefront of the wellness industry, offering consumers innovative and high-quality beverage alternatives.
