Plant-based company Livekindly Collective (LKC) has announced the acquisition of Alpha Foods a company specialized in frozen plant-based meals.
The acquisition will allow LKC to increase its footprint in the US market. Alpha Foods is a California-based manufacturer of frozen plant-based meals such us burritos, breakfast sandwiches, chicken nuggets, patties, chicken strips, and wraps, among all products.

Alpha Co-founder and chief innovation officer Loren Wallis said: “Joining LKC will enable Alpha to grow sustainably while propelling innovation in a category that is often accused of creating a plethora of plant-based versions of ubiquitous products like patties and nuggets.”
