Life on Earth, a US consumer goods firm offering “all-natural” drinks and snack products, has announced it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire 100% ownership interest in Wild Poppy, a maker of “fresh and clean” drinks across the USA.
The Wild Poppy range comprises four varieties of fruit juice as well as a line of three carbonated drinks, the latter launched in 2017. The product line has distribution in 1,100 outlets across the USA, including major retailers such as Safeway, H-E-B and Whole Foods.
Commenting on the deal, Life On Earth CEO Fernando Oswaldo Leonzo said: “This latest acquisition of the Wild Poppy brand marks our last acquisition for this year and perhaps for the near future. [..] Our goal is to showcase our new product launches as well as incorporate the latest edition to our family of brands, like Wild Poppy, as well as the people behind them who helped bring them to market”.
