Johnson & Johnson, the leading healthcare firm, has announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the natural medicine and supplements business Zarbee’s for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2008, Zarbee’s is the owner of the Zarbee’s Naturals brand of healthacare products for adults and children, including throat lozenges, cough medicine, vitamins and immunity support supplements.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in Q3 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.
