A partnership between Bacardi-owned Grey Goose and Virgin Galactic which will see see the vodka brand become a sponsor of the first commercial space flight into space has been announced by Virgin Galactic founder Sir Richard Branson at the Rose Space Center and Planetarium in New York.
The partnership will be celebrated by iconic media, exclusive content, experiential events, limited editions and consumer retail, the two companies said in a statement.
Sir Richard Branson commented: “We are delighted that Grey Goose is joining us as a partner on our incredible journey. We share a passionate pursuit of the extraordinary, which we look forward to celebrating together as the world’s first commercial spaceline builds and grows”.
Grey Goose creator François Thibault said: ““This is a marriage of two brands who share values and a true sense that if you can imagine it, it can be done.
