Falfurrias Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Charlotte, NC, USA. has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CF Sauer, a maker of condiments, spices, seasonings and extracts sold through the retail and foodservice channels.
With manufacturing facilities in Richmond, VA, Greenville, SC, New Century, KS, and San Luis Obispo, CA, CF Sauer producers the Duke’s Mayonnaise and The Spice Hunter brands, and also sells mayonnaise and salad dressings under the Sauer’s, Gold Medal, and BAMA brands.
