Core Home, a manufacturer of housewares and lifestyle products, has announced the acquisition of Bubluv, an Asian boba tea brand, to mark the company’s entry into the food and beverage industry.
Described as being free from artificial ingredients, and low in calories and sugar, Bubluv’s flagship bubble tea is described as a shelf-stable drink with milk and fruit flavours. The product is made using loose-leaf tea with jelly pearls in the varieties Black Milk Tea, Matcha Soy Latte and Passionfruit Oolong Guava.
Commenting on the move, Bubluv founder and chief executive officer Diana Ark Chen said: “I am thrilled to be joining the Core Home family. This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for BUBLUV. With Core Home’s talented cross-functional team, retailer network, and shared commitment to innovation, BUBLUV will continue to thrive and reach its full potential”.
“I’m incredibly excited for the future and confident that this partnership will allow us to achieve even greater success together”, she added.
