USA: BlueTriton Brands to acquire Saratoga Spring Water

Natural spring water company BlueTriton Brands has announced the completion of the acquisition of certain assets of Saratoga Spring Water Company (SSWC).

Founded in 1872, Saratoga Spring Water Company bottles natural spring water from Saratoga Spring selling throughout the United States and internationally.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
