Spanish-based snacks company Grupo Apex has acquired Spanish Viube Foods, a manufacturer of vegetable crisps. Viube Foods is based in Girona and produces and markets vegetable chips made with 100% natural ingredients and in an artisanal way, under the Mikso brand.
