Vina Concha y Toro

Latin American wine maker Vina Concha y Toro has announced the acquisition of a 50% stake in US distributor Excelsior Wines, America Retail reports. Excelsior Wines is the exclusive distributor of Concha y Toro as well as its Argentine property Trivento in North America.
