Uniekass

Uniekaas, a Dutch cheesemaker, has announced that it is to be acquired by DOC Dairy Partners, a subsidiary of German dairy company DMK. The deal includes Uniekaas’s complete maturing, packaging and production facilities in Kaatsheuvel, the Netherlands. Certain activities, such as the brands Tjiezi and Parrano, are excluded from the transaction, however, and will continue under the name Best Cheese Holland.
