Sofidel

Italian firm Sofidel, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of household paper products, has announced the acquisition of German peer Hakle for an undisclosed sum. In a press release, Sofidel said it was acquiring the toilet tissue brand Hakle, the moist tissue brand Hakle Feucht, and the kitchen towel brands Dick & Durstig and Servus, as well as their respective intellectual property rights and domains.
