McCain has signed an agreement to sell its Australian Sara Lee baked foods business to New Zealand-based group South Island Office (SIO) for an undisclosed sum, according to a Food Business News report. Sara Lee will join Original Foods Baking, a complementary company acquitted by SIO in 2020, which makes brownies, slices and bites.
