Italian cheese manufacturer Sabelli has acquired a stake of 79% in mozzarella maker Trevisanalat, according to reports in ESM and Repubblica. The majority stake was purchased from the Alto Parnters private equity fund for an undisclosed amount. Trevisanalat produces mozzarella in factories in Italy and Slovenia, marketing goods under brands such as Trevisanalat, Bianca Bella, Biancamore, Buonsapore, Campesina, Deiprai and ProntiBianchi Via.
