Pastificio Mediterranea

Cerealto, a Spanish food manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of Italian pasta producer Pastificio Mediterranea. As part of the agreement, Cerealto will maintain 100% of the workforce, a total of 63 employees, as well as machinery and production lines at the pastamaker’s facility located in Silvano D’Orba, Alessandria.
