Leading US multinational Cargill has announced the acquisition of Polish value-added food company Konspol, which manufactures a portfolio of chilled, convenience, frozen and cold cut categories. As a result of the acquisition, Cargill strengthens the company’s global poultry footprint to 14 countries.
