US based specialised growth venture fund Stage has announced the acquisition of Haystack Mountain Creamery, a cheese maker from Longmont, Colorado, USA. According to the venture fund’s press release, Haystack specialises in goat and cow milk cheeses, and the company has won a total of 80 awards including Best American Cheese Award in 2017 and 2018 from the Guild of Fine Foods.
