UK based Vibrant Foods, parent company of South-East Asian food brands has acquired paneer maker Everest Dairies, aiming to expand its portfolio. Everest Dairies is based in Leicester, employing 43 people and supplies paneer products and set yoghurts to retailers and foodservice.
