Good Meat, a US-based cultivated meat company, has announced what it claims is the world’s first launch of cell-based chicken in collaboration with Singapore’s Huber’s Butchery. The new product, called Good Meat 3, is described as a low-cost chicken mince formulation with 3% cultivated chicken, and is promoted as having the same taste, texture and experience as conventional chicken.
