Florida-based Primo Water Corporation has announced the acquisition of all the assets of fellow bottled water producer Crystal Spring Water Company, which is based in Rhode Island. According to Primo Water Corporation, the purchase will allow it to increase its distribution in both Rhode Island and South-eastern Massachusetts, where Crystal Spring Water Company’s products are already present.
