Codipal

In line with an agreement signed in March 2013, Italian food giant Granarolo has completed the 100% acquisition of  French dairy holding company Compagnie du Forum. Compagnie du Forum is the holding company of the Codipal group which is active in  the dairy market in France, in particular through its Costa Azzurra brand.
