Carre Leon, a French start-up firm has created a new culinary aid resembling chocolate bars that is made by blending cocoa butter and vegetables. Called Carres Futes (translating as ‘Smart Bars’), the product blend is achieved by replacing cocoa beans with whole, dehydrated vegetables.
