Ambrosi

Swiss dairy firm Emmi has announced the sale of its 25% stake in cheese business Ambrosi in order to focus on “profitable growth segments”. Ambrosi is an Italian cheese specialist and producer of Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses.
