Italian cheese producer Auricchio Group has announced the acquisition of 3B Latte, a manufacturer of goat, buffalo and cow’s milk cheese. According to sources, 3B Latte has been operating for 70 years and generates a turnover of €35 million (US$36.6 million) and its portfolio includes the Vaccino, Di Capra, and Senza Lattosio brands.
