Consumer goods giant Nestle has announced the launch of Nesquik All Natural cocoa powder, which is claimed to feature simplified, natural ingredients and is available in recyclable paper pouches.
According to Nestle, the product is made with five natural, simplified ingredients, containing more cocoa than other Nesquik products. It is also claimed to contain less sugar and to be made with raw cane sugar, instead of processed white sugar.
Michelle Alvarillo, head of cocoa and malt beverages at Nestle, said: “We are proud to be able to launch Nesquik All Natural as a new addition to the range, providing parents with an all-natural option with a simplified ingredients list, more cocoa and less sugar in a recyclable paper packaging. This is part of our commitment to Nestlé to provide more natural, sustainable and nutritious choices while maintaining the great taste that people know and love”.
Nesquik All Natural comes in pouches that are said made of recyclable, coated FSC-certified paper. It will be launched in the coming weeks in France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain, with further rollouts planned for other European markets in the future.
